South Asian Working Moms of Georgia and the Women's and Inclusion Committee of the South Asian Bar Association of Georgia cordially invite you to a night of Saris and Stories. If you love wearing traditional dresses, think saris are beautiful, and, most importantly, have always wanted to learn how to drape a sari this is the event for you! We will have a distinguished member of the community, with a passion for saris, teaching a brief lesson in sari draping with networking to follow. Light appetizers and drinks will be serve.
If you have any traditional children's clothing in relatively new condition that your child has outgrown, feel free to bring it to this event to help find it a new home. Both boys and girls clothes are welcome!
EVENT NOTE: Bring your own sari for the sari draping lesson. We will have some extras for those who do not have saris.
